Multipurpose: It’s multipurpose and economical, easy to use. Cracking: It prevents cracking by increasing flexural strength

Use it as a bond coating: For plastering brick masonry, plaster-to-concrete and concrete-to-concrete. Bonding coat and mortar for tiles & panel, underlays for special finishes like top rendering coat for chemical-resistant floors.
Waterproofing small roof terraces, sunken parts of toilets & bathrooms, chajjas and lift pits as well as balconies & star cases. Waterproofing liquid and effluent tanks, car decks, and walkways

• Crack repair: Repairs to plaster cracks greater than 5mm and in gaps between RCC members.
• Rebar coating: Coating to prevent corrosion of rebars.

As a bonding slurry coating for concrete surface treatment & as repair mortar in overhead applications. Dr Fixit Super Latex is made from modified Styrene butadiene latex and is used for waterproofing and repair.

It can be used to repair spalled concrete, such as floors, columns beams, beams, chhajjas and slabs. It bonds well to both old and new concrete & plaster.
